Founded in 2008, as the largest Education Center in the Central Valley we are an American Heart Association authorized Training Center providing certificate courses to healthcare professionals and non-healthcare professionals. Our Education Center offers the following courses: American Heart Association: HeartSaver, BLS, ACLS, PALS; Academy of Pediatrics: NRP; Emergency Nurse Association: TNCC, ENPC; Board of Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Technicians: IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal for LVNs and continuing education courses. In 2017, First Lady Permanente developed a college division specializing in short-term medical and nursing programs for the community. The programs offered at the Turlock Campus include: Nurse Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B), Phlebotomy Technician (CPT-1), Medical Assistant (CCMA), and soon Vocational Nursing (LVN). Our programs thrive by having dedicated students that want to make a difference in the community! The level of programs we offer are above average, to ensure that students of all levels are appropriately challenged to prepare for their new careers. All our programs are contracted with the best clinical sites to ensure our students have the best hands-on experience.
